I am in an uncertain period. I’m without a job, but thankfully received a nice “staying bonus” at my last company and am receiving unemployment. I feel like the Lord has blessed me with this time to strengthen myself in Him, and I am so grateful.

I don’t know what you are facing in your life, but I encourage you to do like David: “Now David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.” (1 Sam. 30:6)
